The sign-in email isn't arriving

What to check when the access link doesn't show up or doesn't work.

If you requested the sign-in link and it isn't arriving, it's almost always one of these five things. Check them in order.

1. Search your mailbox properly

Check spam, promotions and junk. Instead of only looking at your inbox, search for the sender name: Delimenu. In Gmail, type Delimenu in the search bar — the email may have landed in another tab.

2. Check the address is spelled correctly

A trailing space or a mistyped domain (@gmial.com) sends the link to an address that doesn't exist. Go back to the sign-in screen and type it again carefully.

3. Always use the latest email

If you requested the link several times, only the most recent one works. The older ones stop working. Sort by date and open the top one.

4. Sign in with Google

This is the fastest fix. If your address is Gmail or Google Workspace, click "Continue with Google" on the same screen and use the same address: you'll reach the same account, with the same restaurants.

5. If it's a work email

Your company's spam filter may be blocking the message silently. Ask whoever manages your email to allow messages from Delimenu, or use a personal address.

Note: there's no password to recover. Delimenu doesn't use passwords, so if the email doesn't arrive, the alternative is always Google or requesting a new link.

If none of this works

Write to support@delimenu.co or via WhatsApp and include:

  • The exact email address you're trying to sign in with.
  • The approximate time of your last attempt.
  • Whether it's a personal or work address.

FAQ

I requested the link on my computer and want to open it on my phone. That works. Delimenu will ask you to type your email again to confirm it's you.

I clicked the link and it says it's invalid or expired. Request a new one from the sign-in screen and use that. Links are single-use.
