How the free trial works

Delimenu gives you a 7-day free trial with full access. No card or payment details are requested, and the trial starts automatically the moment you create your restaurant.

Important: the clock starts when you create the restaurant, not when you finish loading your menu. It's best to load everything in one go and leave the last days for printing QR codes and testing the ordering flow.

What the trial includes

The notices you'll get

You'll receive three automatic emails, all to your account address:

1. When 3 days are left.
2. When 1 day is left.
3. The day it expires.

Your dashboard also shows a countdown of remaining days and a "Subscribe" button.

What happens when it ends

There's no permanent free plan: the trial leads either to a subscription or to a pause. If you don't subscribe, your menu stops showing to the public and your dashboard locks — but nothing is deleted, and everything comes back with the same link and the same QR code once you activate a plan. Full details in Your trial ended: what happens to your menu.

You can subscribe any time before it ends without losing the remaining days. Current prices are at delimenu.co/#pricing.

FAQ

I have two locations. Does the second one get a trial too? Yes. Every restaurant you create gets its own 7 days and its own subscription, even within the same account.

Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends? No. Since you never registered a card, there's no automatic charge. If you don't subscribe, your menu simply pauses.

Can I extend the trial? The duration is fixed. If you need more time to evaluate, write to support@delimenu.co and we'll look at it case by case.
