Show promotions when your menu opens
Upload posters or announcements that customers see in a pop-up when they open your menu.
With promotions, your menu can greet every customer with a pop-up showing posters or announcements: an event, a combo, the seasonal dish. If you have several, customers move between them with the arrows.
How to create a promotion
- Open your restaurant and tap "Settings".
- In the Promotions card, tap "Add promotion".
- Upload the image. Portrait or landscape: it's shown whole, never cropped.
- If you like, choose dates in "Show from" and "Show until".
- Choose what happens "When tapped": nothing, open a product from your menu, or open a link.
- Tap "Save".
You can have up to 5 promotions.
When customers see it
- When they open your menu, once a day on each phone. If they come back the same day, we don't show it again.
- If you add or remove a promotion, it shows again even if they already saw it today.
- They appear in the order of the list. Drag them to change it.
Dates and status
Dates are optional. A promotion with "Show until" stops appearing on its own when that day ends, and one with "Show from" starts appearing that day. In the list, each one shows its status:

Promotion buttons
- Open a product: customers see a "View product" button that takes them to that product. If the product is hidden or you deleted it, the button doesn't appear.
- Open a link: customers see a "More info" button that opens the link in another tab. It must start with

Frequently asked questions
What image size should I use? Any: we adjust it for you. A portrait poster looks great on a phone.
Can I turn a promotion off without deleting it? Yes. Use the switch in the list: it becomes Paused and you can turn it back on whenever you want.
