Get your QR menu live in a day
The full path: create your restaurant, load your menu, style it and download your QR code.
This is the complete path, in order. Follow it end to end and your menu is online with your QR codes ready to print the same day.
Important: your 7-day free trial starts the moment you create the restaurant, not when you finish loading your menu. It's best to do it all in one sitting.
Have this ready before you start
- Your email address (no password needed — Delimenu doesn't use them).
- Your restaurant's name and how you want your link to read.
- Your WhatsApp number, with the right country.
- A photo or PDF of your menu, if you're going to import it with AI.
- Your logo, ideally square.
The 6 steps
1. Sign in to Delimenu
Go to delimenu.co/signup and sign in with Google or with an email link. There's no password to create. → Sign in without a password
2. Create your restaurant
Name, identifier (your delimenu.co/your-identifier link) and WhatsApp number. This is also where you decide whether to receive orders by chat.
As soon as it is created, Delimenu offers to import your menu with AI. It is optional: click "I'll do it manually" and the same option waits for you on the empty menu. → Create your restaurant and choose your link
3. Load your menu
Two routes, and you can combine them:
| Route | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Import with AI | You already have your menu as a photo or PDF. Load dozens of products in minutes, then correct |
| Product by product | Short menus, or when you want full control from the start |
→ Import your menu with AI · Add and edit products · Organize your menu into categories
4. Fine-tune availability and variants
Mark what's Out of stock, Hidden or On sale, and add sizes and add-ons where needed. → Availability and promotions · Variants and options
5. Make it yours
Upload your logo and banner, and match the colors and font to your brand. → Customize colors, fonts and styling · Logo, banner and photos
6. Test it and download your QR code
Before printing anything, open your link from another phone, on mobile data, and walk the menu like a customer would: browse, open a product, build an order. Then download the QR code as SVG and send it to print. → What your diners see · Download and print your QR code
What "published" means
Your link works from the first minute. There's no "publish site" button: every change you save appears on the public menu on its own.
